Thirty-First Sunday in Ordinary Time – Oct 31st 2021

For all who preach and teach the Gospel in word and sacrament throughout the worldwide Church. For those who lead prayer groups and Bible studies, and all who gossip their faith to others. We pray.

For all who are tortured or persecuted for what they believe; for the voiceless and powerless, for the powerful and coercive. We pray.

For greater respect for one another as children of God’s making; for God’s presence in each conversation, discussion and debate, each concern and celebration. We pray.

For healing and wholeness, mending and comforting, calming and refreshing, wherever lives and bodies ache. We pray.

For everlasting peace in the arms of God for those who have come to the end of their life on earth and comfort for all who grieve. We pray.
