Easter Sunday – 31 Mar 2024

  1. March 30, Holy Saturday
    The Easter Vigil Mass on Holy Saturday, March 30 will be held in the Church at 7:00pm. Please gather outside the tearoom where the ceremony will begin with the Blessing of Fire and Easter Candle. Please note that the Anticipated Sunday Mass at 5:00pm will be cancelled.

  2. First Friday Mass (Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus)
    A First Friday Mass (Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus) will be held in the Church on Friday, April 5 at 4.00pm. All are welcome to attend. The Mass will be in English.

Palm Sunday of the Lord’s Passion – 24 Mar 2024

  1. Mass for the Deceased
    There will be a Mass for our deceased brothers and sisters who passed away in the month of March to be held in the Church on Wednesday, March 27 at 8:00pm. All are welcome to attend. The Mass will be in Chinese.

  3. 8:00 pm – The Holy Thursday Bi-Lingual Mass will be held in the Church.

March 29, Good Friday 3:00 pm – Stations of the Cross will be held in the Church. 4:00 pm – Friday of the Passion of the Lord will be held in the Church. Please note that Good Friday is a day of fasting and abstinence. March 30, Holy Saturday 7:00 pm – Easter Vigil Mass will be held in the Church. Fifth Sunday of Lent – 17 Mar 2024

    There will be an Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on Sunday, March 17 at 4:00pm in the Church. Everyone is encouraged to attend.

  2. St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Solemnity Mass
    A Mass for the Solemnity of St. Joseph, Husband of Mary will be held on Tuesday, March 19 at 8:00pm in the Church. All are welcome to attend. The Mass will be in Chinese.

  3. Requiem Mass for Sr. Teresa Capobianco
    There will be a Requiem Mass for Sr Teresa Capobianco to be held on Wednesday, March 20 at 8:00pm in the Church. Sr. Teresa has served in our Parish from 1986-1992. The Mass will be in Chinese.

  4. Palm Sunday Procession
    Next Sunday is Palm Sunday. There will be a blessing of palms and a procession before the Mass. For those attending the 5:00pm Saturday Mass and the 11:30am Sunday Mass, please gather at the walkway beside the carpark for the blessing of the palms. For those attending the 8:45am Sunday Mass, please gather at the ground floor of Valtorta College (basketball court).

  1. Lenten Movement
    As we practise and share the spirit of Christ’s love, please support the Lenten Movement by taking home a donation box or envelope to help the poor and our needy brothers and sisters. You may return the box or envelope to the Church secretary on Good Friday.

  2. Lent Season – Stations of the Cross
    This Lent season, the Stations of the Cross will be held every Friday at 8:00pm in the Church and at St. Joseph Chapel in Fu Heng. The Stations of the Cross will be in Chinese. You are all welcome to join. Please refer to the bulletin board for more information on the Stations of the Cross and Confessions in this time of Lent.

    This Lent season, the Stations of the Cross will be held every Friday at 8:00pm in the Church and at St. Joseph Chapel in Fu Heng. The Stations of the Cross will be in Chinese. You are all welcome to join. Please refer to the bulletin board for more information on the Stations of the Cross and Confessions in this time of Lent.

  2. Donation for Blessing and Sharing Activities
    The Chinese Community Social Concern ministry will be collecting unopened packages of cookies or candies. These will be sorted and distributed to the poor. For this purpose, we welcome donations of unopened packages of cookies or candies. You may submit them to the Church secretary. The deadline for collection is on March 3.

  3. Infant Baptism
    There will be an infant baptism to be held in the Church at 3:00pm on Easter Sunday, March 31. The formation for both parents and godparents is scheduled at 7.30pm on March 16, Saturday. Deadline for registration is on March 6.

    There will be a Lenten Recollection to be held on Saturday, February 24 and on Sunday, February 25 at 2:30pm in the Tearoom. The recollection will be conducted by Sr. Cora Demetillo, RGS with the topic “Lent is Becoming, Doing and Changing whatever blocks us from living a fuller life.” Everyone is encouraged to attend.

    We encourage everyone to practise the spirit of love and alms giving this Lent season in helping the poor and the needy by taking home a donation box or envelope and return it to the Church secretary on or before Good Friday.
