Pentecost Sunday – May 23rd, 2021

  1. Sunday Masses back to normal schedule and venue
    Effective May 23, all Masses will be back to the normal schedule. Masses in the Church at 7:30am (Chinese), 9:30am (Chinese) and 11:30am (English); Masses at the Valtorta Hall at 8:45am (English) and 11:30am (Chinese).

  2. Rosary Month
    The month of May is dedicated to the Most Holy Rosary. A Rosary will be recited 20 minutes before each Mass.

The Ascension Of The Lord – May 16th, 2021

  1. Second Collection
    There will be a second collection for World Communication. Please be generous.

  2. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
    There will be an Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on May 16 at 4:00pm at the Church. Everyone is encouraged to attend for prayers and personal reflection.

Sixth Sunday of Easter – May 9th, 2021

Mother’s Day

On May 9 is Mother’s Day and to show appreciation to mothers, the Church is arranging flowers and gift boxes for sale at the tearoom on that day. All are welcome.

Fourth Sunday of Easter – April 25th, 2021

  1. Second Collection
    There will be a second collection for World Vocation Day. Please be generous.

  2. Farewell to Fr. Francis
    With effect from May 1, Fr. Francis will end his service in our Parish. He will be assigned to a new post after his holiday break. We thank Fr. Francis for his generous time and great service in our Parish. Please pray for him. As a gesture to bid farewell, there will be a photo-taking session on May 2 before and after each Mass at the Ground Floor of the Church.

  3. Sixtieth Anniversary Charity Sales
    There will be a Sixtieth Anniversary Charity Sales on April 25 outside the tearoom at the shed area from 7:30am. Souvenir items such as Immaculate Heart of Mary Church T-shirts, fabric bags with Immaculate Heart of Mary Church printing, face masks and other items will be up for sale. Please support generously.

  4. Mass for the Deceased
    There will be a mass for our deceased brothers and sisters who died in the months of January to April to be held in the Church on Thursday, April 29 at 8:00pm. You are all welcome to attend. The mass will be in Chinese.

    The Valtorta College will not be available with immediate effect as it is being used for DSE Examination. From now until May 17, all Masses will be celebrated in the Church. The Mass schedule is as follows: the Chinese Mass at 7:00am, 9:30am and 10:45am; the English Mass at 8:15am and 12:00pm.
  2. Sixtieth Anniversary Charity Sales
    On April 18 and 25, there will be a Sixtieth Anniversary Charity Sales outside the tearoom at the shed area from 7:30am to 12:00pm. Easter Sunday – April 4, 2021

  • Adjustment of Mass time
    The Voltorta College will not be available with immediate effects as it is being used for DSE Examination. All Masses will be celebrated in the church from now on till 17 May. The Mass time will be as follows:
    > Chinese Mass at 0700, 0930 and 1045.
    > English Mass at 0815 and 1200.

Holy Thursday – April 1, 2021

  • Good Friday
    > Tomorrow, 2nd of April, Good Friday, is a day of fasting and abstinence, The Way of the Cross will take place at 3 pm in the church.  The Liturgy of the Lord’s Passion will be held at 4 pm in the church.
    > All the Lenten Donation envelopes may be deposited in the Lenten Donation Box

Passion Sunday – March 28th, 2021

  • Holy Week Liturgy schedule
    There will be no mass and distribution of the Holy Communion at 7am on Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday.
    Good Friday – Fast and abstinence are to be observed. Parishioners are reminded to return their Lenten donation boxes to the Church.
    Parishioners are reminded to pay attention to the announcements made in the Parish website on the schedule of the Holy Week Liturgy.

  • Change in Mass schedule
    If public mass could be resumed in April, the Sunday mass schedule would be revised from April to May 17 inclusive, as the Valtorta College Hall would be reserved for the DSE Examination. All Sunday masses would be held in the Church. Masses on Sunday will be held at 7:00am; 9:30am; 10:45am (in Chinese) and at 8:15am; 12:00 noon (in English)

  • Donation support for the Parish
    Due to COVID-19, donations received have been tremendously reduced. Parishioners are invited to continue their support for the Parish. Donations can be dropped into the donation boxes at the Parish Office. Your generous support is much appreciated.
