| 明供聖體就是在教堂的祭台上或小堂中，把已祝聖的聖體放在『聖體皓光』(Monstrance) 內。那麼，信友便可以在聖體皓光前朝拜耶穌基督。朝拜聖體的人可以誦禱、閱讀聖經、發信、望、愛三德、 獻上感恩和賠補的祈禱、誦唸玫瑰經或獻上其他敬禮。 單單坐在那裡，甚麼也不說，陪伴著耶穌，像摯友一樣也是極為合宜的。 |
