With the coming of the “third wave” of the Covid-19 pandemic, Cardinal John TONG further announced on 27/7/2020 that the <<new pastoral measures>> introduced on Jul 14 are to remain in force until further notice. Our Parish has suspended Sunday and Weekday masses since July 15 and will continue to do so until further notice. The faithful are urged to take part in a Sunday mass online (e.g., through the <<diocesan website>>) and receive Holy Communion spiritually. The Church is open for prayer from 9:00 – 17:00pm.

Thirty Second Sunday in Ordinary Time (C) Nov 10, 2019

  1. Help Desk
    The Help Desk will be available on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at 10:00am to 12:00pm to assist any OFWs on BM Online Account registrations, OEC applications, as well as giving advice on employer-employee problems and work-related issues. You are welcome to approach them at their desk outside the Tea Room downstairs.

  2. Caritas Sales
    Our Church will organize a small-scale Caritas Sales at the Church Carpark on November 17, 2019. We welcome donations of new articles for sales. The net proceeds will be donated to the Caritas. Please support generously. Please note that the Church Carpark will not be available on Saturday, November 16 and Sunday, November 17.

  3. Formation
    There will be a Formation next Sunday, November 17, 2019 at 2:00 to 4:00pm at the Tea Room on the topic, Taming the Tongue to be followed by the Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament at 4:00pm. The formation will be conducted by the Live Christ Share Christ movement. You are all welcome to attend.

  4. Sr. Yolande Sin
    With deep sorrow, the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Conception announce the death of Sr. Yolande Sin who passed away peacefully on November 5, 2019 at the age of 83. Sr. Sin has previously served our Parish for many years. The Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:00am on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at St. Bonaventure Church, 89 Po Kong Village Road, Tsz Wan Shan Kowloon, followed by the burial at St. Raphael’s Catholic Cemetery, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon. Please offer a prayer for the repose of Sr. Sin.

Twenty-Ninth Sunday in Ordinary Time (C) Oct 20th , 2019

  1. Mission Sunday
    There will be a Mission Sunday formation (tomorrow/today) in the form of a film viewing and will be concluded with sharing and reflection. This will be held at the Tea Room at 2:00pm sharp. Everyone is invited to attend – Catholics and non-Catholics alike. Please note that the regular Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament will be not be held (tomorrow/today).

Twenty-Sixth Sunday in Ordinary Time (C) Sept 29, 2019

  1. Prayer and Fun Day
    The English Community is organizing a Prayer and Fun Day to be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 here at the Church and at the Valtorta College Playground. It will start with a Mass at 9:00am here at the Church, followed by an introduction of the Church. It will then continue at Valtorta College Playground for the Fun part where everyone can enjoy the games, lunch and fellowship. There will be a HK$10 admission at the Valtorta College Playground to take part in the games. Please bring your own lunch. Everyone is welcome to join. This event replaces the usual English Community Annual Pilgrimage which will not be held this year. Please approach the Ministry Coordinators for further details.Thank you!

Twenty-Fifth Sunday in Ordinary Time (C) Sept 22, 2019

  1. Sunday School 2019/2020 (for Saturday and Sunday first mass only)
    The Sunday School for school year 2019/2020 is still open for registrations. Parents may register their children aged 5 to 11 years old. Please approach the Parish office for application forms. The Sunday School will start with the Parents and Children Orientation (tomorrow/today), September 22, at 10:00am at the meeting room on the second floor of the Church. All English Sunday School parents and children are required to attend the Orientation.

  2. Youth Program 2019/2020 (for Saturday and Sunday first mass only)
    Enrolment for the Youth Program for 2019/2020 is still open for those who already received Confirmation. Please approach the Parish office for application forms. The Youth Program will also start (tomorrow/today), September 22, 2019 at 10:00am at the Youth Room.

  3. Farewell Party for Rev. Fr. Cyril Cheung
    There will be a farewell party (tomorrow/today) Sunday, September 22, 2019 for Rev. Fr. Cyril Cheung who will be leaving our Parish on October 1. It will be held at the Valtorta College Hall at 1:00pm. You are welcome to join and bid farewell to Fr. Cyril.

  4. Core Group Meeting
    The Core Group meeting will be held (tomorrow/today) Sunday, September 22, 2019 at 3:00pm at the meeting room on the second floor. All Core Group members are required to attend.
